We don’t just provide IT services to non- profit organizations,
we also support their causes and participate
in any way that we can.
Eastern Data’s commitment goes beyond
ourselves and our clients
Beyond fullfilling the civic responsibility to community organizations we feel passionate about, there is the day to day perspective volunteering gives our employees by seeing the difference their time can make in
participating in some of our events.
Throughout the years, we’ve proudly worked with the LEC and YWCA helping them further their mission of making the world a better place.
Life Enrichment Center
While Eastern Data has always supported our client's charitable causes, we decided to become a direct benefactor for the Life Enrichment Center(LEC) as it aligned with our mission. The LEC is a nonprofit organization based out of Norfolk, Virginia that aims to help at-risk children become proficient readers by providing literacy and technology labs for Title 1 Elementary Schools throughout Hampton Roads, Richmond and Northern Virginia. The LEC provides children with access to one-on-one computer based literacy tutoring, helping them improve language and reading skills.
2018 Partner of the Year
Our employees dedicate an hour each week throughout the semester with an at-risk student reading below their grade level to provide literacy-based computer lessons. To us, community impact means making our employees feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves.
2019 Tutors of the Year
Eastern Data employees Bill Johnson and Alexia Decker were recognized as Tutors of the Year
Our partnership goes
beyond IT services.
We are proud to support our clients in making the community a better place. Eastern Data will volunteer, donate, or help out in any way possible to help maximize the impact of each organization we support.
When our clients work with us, they are more than just a client – they are a friend, neighbor, and ally devoted to helping others.

When it comes to serving our community, we know the job never ends.
